IT WAS A NIGHT of/for well-dressed ladies and gents. It was a night that friends meet and unite into a special gathering. It was a night of smiling faces and, well, nostalgia --why not? A night for two guitars and two brilliant guitarmen. A night with the least necessary electricity. A night with some songs we built our lives upon.
It was the night that Steve Wynn was in town, along with old pal Robert Lloyd, for a special acoustic set, that brought back so many memories. Classics mixed with new ones.
So, is the best yet to come? Sure thing. Steve is to come also. Next year probably. For our annual meeting. Of nice shirts, true smiles, and real friendship.
